We are being called forward to equip leaders—so the next generation of pastors, leaders, and servants of Christ can be formed, equipped, and sent.

There is a growing need—and an increasing gap—for pastors and ministry leaders across the Sacramento region.

We believe God is calling Christ Community to become a leadership pipeline. A church that raises up and sends church leaders out for the sake of the Gospel.

We are committed to creating intentional pathways for ministry leadership development by:

  • Identifying emerging leaders early within our church 

  • Providing hands-on opportunities to grow in real church ministry contexts 

  • Establishing mentor relationships with seasoned leaders 

  • Offering internship opportunities for those actively exploring vocational ministry

  • Creating training environments for theology, leadership, and ministry skills 

  • Sending leaders out to serve in churches, locally and beyond
